Welcome
The rooms are named for the men who fought here in 1645. Prince Rupert is a modern-themed double en-suite with contemporary fittings and a private balcony. Sir Thomas Fairfax is a traditional double with a stunning antique brass bed and a beautiful en-suite. King Charles is a spacious twin or family room with a large en-suite. All three are £65 a night, bed and breakfast.
Every room has a flat screen TV, brand new mattresses, luxury cotton sheets and sumptuous fluffy towels, plus tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, a continental breakfast and a fresh fruit bowl. There's also a spacious holiday let with a double bedroom, dressing area and a downstairs kitchen and living room — rates on request.

What guests say
“What a find! Lovely little B&B in Naseby. The owners could not have been more accommodating and were a pleasure to deal with both over the telephone and in person. If you are looking for somewhere in the area that is clean, quiet and offering a delicious breakfast of fresh pastries this is it! Would not hesitate to book again.”— Claire Cape, Google review · 8 months ago

My room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was a treat, with some delicious pastries.”— Phil Moore, Google review · a year ago
“Friendly, warm and welcoming hosts. A very comfortable room and bed. A good continental breakfast provided in our room, which we supplemented with some ham and cheese, kept in our room's mini fridge. Secure off-street parking for our car. Highly recommended.”— Andrew Barrow, Google review · a year ago
